To make the best use of your affirmation cards repeat the words or phrase of your choosing from a chakra card, say it with feeling between 40 and 200 times each day, say it out loud for the first few times and as time goes by you will be able to repeat them very quickly in your head, - try doing 50 at a time.
Affirmations need to be said for at least three months, it often takes years for negative thinking patterns to establish themselves, and it can take even longer to reverse this process, saying positive affirmations such as these can speed up the recovery process.
